Mark holds Bachelor degrees in Law (honours) and Commerce. Prior to joining Momentum Legal, Mark was a Senior Associate at Western Australia’s largest independent law firm.

Mark has represented clients at the State Administrative Tribunal, WorkCover, Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Magistrates Court and Federal Court.

Mark has advised not for profit associations on governance matters, including drafting constitutions and terms and conditions.

Mark’s experience includes being engaged on a “first response” basis to advise clients following workplace fatalities and representing global companies on breach of contract and negligence claims.
